Torta del Casar on kuulus Extremadura lambajuust. Juustu valmistatakse traditsiooniliste meetodite abil lamba toorpiimast ning ohakalille ekstraktist, Juust on kuldpruuni koorikuga ja seest kreemja tekstuuriga. Hoida 2 tundi toatemperatuuril ja seejärel lõigata ülemine koorik ära. Toimib kui Fondüü, kasta picos (krõbedad küpsisepulgad) sisse ja naudi. 140g Picos tuleb kaasa. Sobib hästi jagamiseks 2-6 inimese vahel.
