Made out of grapes of Negramaro (80%) and white Malvasia (20%). The wine structure is delicate like a white wine, whilst the taste is closer to a red wine (so more intense); it can be described as soft and tangy at the same time. These characteristics make the wine very versatile and suitable for different combinations.
