Liège waffle with powdered sugar

Liège waffle is an authentic and classic type of waffle. Incorporated with authentic chunks of Pearl Sugar that we order from a small family business in Brussels! The inside of the waffle is super soft and velvety with crunchy pieces of pearl sugar! The outter part is perfectly caramelised! The Liège waffles are baked in a special waffle iron that as well has come straight from Brussels!

Brussels waffles are more crunchy and a bit lighter than the Liège ones also being a bit less sweet as opposed to Liège. Please note that during the delivery time this type of waffle can change its initial texture. Cold waffles can be reheated in oven at 150C 2-3min.

Gluten-free buckwheat waffle

Made from buckwheat flour and coconut milk. Please note – our buckwheat waffles are made with gluten-free ingredients, but they are cooked in the same waffle iron as gluten waffles, so they may contain traces of gluten.
