Green curry with chicken

Green Curry is the most famous Thai dish and it is SPICY! We cannot make it mild! Then it is not green curry! And we are one of the few places in Riga that prepares green curry as close to the authentic Thai experience as possible!

In 2017, the FDA (Federal Drugs Administration), which is the American equivalent and an undisputed leader in food safety, issued a recommendation allowing the preparation of pork tenderloin and pork loin at an internal temperature of 145°F, which corresponds to 63°C and is equivalent to medium well doneness, ensuring that the meat is juicy with a pink center (not to be confused with raw meat!).
