Bosina (280 g)

Bosina is a perfect, creamy blend of cow and sheep's milk. This small, flat, square pillow has a luxurious, silky paste with an even, balanced scent. Bosin's crust is durable and its interior is wonderfully soft. Bosina is a small town in the center of alto lang, where the cheese of the same name is handmade from the region's milk in the lush, green pastures. Bosina (cheese) is made according to an old recipe using modern equipment. Only 100% natural ingredients are used in the preparation, without the addition of preservatives, food colors or any other artificial additives. Bosina is a typical piedmont cheese with a rural charm. One mouthful of this cheese takes you straight back to its homeland. It is a straw-colored with a white exterior, which has a delicate and harmonious taste and rich aromas. It is important to eat this cheese at room temperature to enjoy its full potential.

Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry DOC

Prosecco has been a well-known wine for several centuries, even the Romans recorded their enjoyment of the wine. However, it was not until after the scourge of Phylloxera that the grape’s suitability for sparkling wine was discovered and its subsequent rise in popularity saw major cities such as Venice become captivated by the new style. Prosecco is today one of the world’s most famous sparkling wines and ours is made from grapes grown in the moderate climate surrounding the hills of Treviso in the Veneto region. It is light, soft, and refreshing with crisp citrus flavors and is best served chilled (6-8° C) as an aperitif before the meal or with light lunches, especially good with shortbread or soft herbal cheeses. Ageing potential: up to 1 year.

It is really tasty, bitter and salty. The salt solution gives to the olive better texture, fragrance and fleshiness. It becomes sweeter under oil. Excellent with cocktails, first dishes and salads.
