The Frangos Classic

Flame grilled piri-piri chicken breast on a bed of mixed greens, with red onion, tomato, cucumber and toasted chickpeas. Topped with marinated cheddar squares, herbed croutons and avo, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.

Alho Prawns

Flame-grilled tiger prawns drenched in a light lemon garlic butter sauce served on the shell.

Slow Smoked Beef Short Ribs

Flame-grilled perfection; fall-off-the-bone tender and mildly Asian flavoured.

The Classic

Perfectly charred juicy blend of sirloin and rump steak on a bed of mixed greens, topped with thinly sliced dill pickles, gooey mild cheddar, and heaping caramelized onions. Finished with our signature burger sauce on a buttered sesame bun.
