Marchese Antinori Vinsanto del Chianti Classico

Tuscany, Italy Antinori Marchese Antinori Vinsanto del Chianti Classico is made from 100% Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca grapes, which are hand-harvested and dried on straw mats for several months before being fermented and aged for three to five years in small oak barrels. The result is a rich and complex wine with aromas of honey, dried apricots, and candied orange peel. On the palate, it is full-bodied and sweet, with flavours of toffee, caramel, and roasted nuts, followed by a long and persistent finish. Alc.: 14% Size: 375ml

Laphroaig Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Nose: This opens on big, smoky muscular peat notes. There are spices, and liquorice, as well as a big dose of salt. This whisky has become slightly sweeter in recent years, and it appears beautifully on the nose, amidst the classic iodine/sticking plasters and cool wood smoke we love. Palate: Seaweed-led, with a hint of vanilla ice cream and more than a whiff of notes from the first aid box (TCP, plasters etc). The oak is big, and muscles its way into the fore as you hold this whisky over your tongue. An upsurge of spices develop – cardamom/black pepper/chilli.

Janneau Grand Armagnac XO GIFT PACK

The XO (eXtra Old) is a blend of Armagnacs which have been aged in Limousin and Gascon black oak for a minimum of 12 years up to 25 years. The spirits used in the XO blend are chosen for their specific superior quality as they represent the best "eau de vie" coming mainly from the area of Bas Armagnac as well as from the Tenarèze. The white grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc are distilled using the Single Distillation process and to a smaller extent, the Double Distillation process. Janneau XO Cognac is a rich and fruity spirit that is presented in a stylish Basquaise bottle. Aromas of sweet figs, prunes, dates and honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of overripe fruit, aromatic florals, peppery oak and dried apricots throughout the palate.

Aged Tsipouro Katsaros Tyrnavos

A special drink, the result of triple distillation, created with special care and passion by the Katsaros Family, in a limited number of bottles. From grapes of the black "Moschato Tyrnavou" variety, it is aged for 3 years in French oak barrels. For 3 years it rested to balance its character. It has taken on a vivid amber color and now has aromas of chocolate and white flowers with it. It tastes of crunchy plums, roasted almonds and an aftertaste of fresh vanilla.
