ACALA Red Wine Style Sparkling Tea

A red sparkling tea drink reminiscent of an elegant red wine. The Red Wine style creates a flavor alternative to elegant red wines made from Pinot Noir grapes. We created the sparkling tea base from the queen of forest berries - the blueberry. When mixed with black currants, the duo creates an archetype of perfectly ripe black berries. Fireweed has a floral and apricot aroma, but Pu-erh balances the Red Wine style flavor with its earthy and woody notes found in fine red Burgundy wines. The rich blueberry and black currant base creates the Red Wine style flavor. Floral and oak aromas add to its complexity. The texture is velvety, yet well-defined. Serve chilled in a red wine glass.
