French onion soup in a jar (N, G) 900ml, serves 3-4

Ingredients: onion, white wine, vegetable stock (vegetables (onion, leek, carrot, celeriac, fennel), balsamic vinegar, butter, rapeseed oil, garlic, herbs, black pepper. Preparation: For serving, divide the soup into a heat-resistant soup bowl. Place a slice of toasted Ristikheina house bread on top of the soup, topped with a generous layer of grated cheese. Classic options are parmesan or Swiss hard cheese. Bake in a hot oven for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted and is lightly golden. Another option is to heat the soup in a pot and serve with oven-warm cheese breads. Serve immediately.
