Thanisch 1648 Riesling dry is the flagship wine of the Thanisch estate. With a proven winemaking tradition dating back to 1648, Thanisch produces this Riesling with distinctive, elegant acidity and a crisp minerality. On the palate, it delights with enticing notes of ripe Boskop apples and exotic fruits, offering a complex and captivating profile. An excellent all-rounder that pairs well with a wide range of dishes. Our recommendation: beef tartare.

Vicente Gandía Marqués del Turia Monastrell – Shiraz 12.5% 75cl (dry, Spain)

Grape varieties: Monastrell, Shiraz This wine is of an intense, well robed cherry colour. It has an expressive bouquet where the aromas of red fruits such as blackberries and raspberries stand out. It has been carefully fermented to obtain a wine that is extremely pleasant on the palate and with a good balance between acidity and tannins. Serve between 16 and 18 ºC.

Fabiano Settimo Miglio Rosé Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC 2023 12.5% 0.75l (dry, Italy)

Elegant pink color. Light and fresh fruity aroma. Aromatic notes of freshly crushed cranberries and mineral elements. Dry and light taste. The tasting experience balances notes of citrus fruits, cherries, and red berries (blueberry, currant, strawberry). Best served at a temperature of 8-10°C.

Allacher All Sweet Chardonnay Spätlese Neusiedlersee DAC 2022 9.5% 75cl (sweet, Austria)

100% Chardonnay spätlese (late harvested grapes) In the final fermentation, the wine was filtered and thus the fermentation was interrupted to obtain a residual sugar of approx. 83.7 g/l. Fine, delicate gold with high viscosity; very fruity on the nose, lots of charm on the palate; great sugar-acid play, surrounded by elegant residual sweetness, wonderfully long finish; potential.

Ca’ De’ Medici Rubigalia Malvasia Dolce dell’Emilia IGP 6% 0.75l

At first glance, it is characterised by intense golden yellow reflections and very fine perlage. On the nose, the scents of Sicilian citrus fruits stand out, followed by a floral bouquet that heralds a drink with a bursting but never cloying sweetness well balanced by the acidity that will lead to a surprising finish given by a pleasant aftertaste of wildflower honey on the drinker’s palate. A wine for the end of a meal, it goes well with shortbread biscuits and dried fruit desserts.

Reyes de Aragón El Casto DO Cava Brut 11.5% 0.75l

Straw yelow colour with steely reflections. Fine bubbles in continuous strings that form a crown on the surface. A bouquet reminiscent of a variety of tropical fruits (passion fruit, mango), along with aromas of freshly baked brioche. Light overtones of honey and nuts. On first taste it is dry with a light bubble which leaves a pleasant sensation. Structure middle to high, good balance between alcohol and acidity. Unctuous. 100% Chardonnay

Sémillon, Muscadelle, Cabernet Franc Light gold colour in glass. The aroma combines notes of acacia and citrus with spices and coffee. In the mouth, the wine has a balanced and refined structure, with a long and fruity finish.

Allacher Frizzante 2023 11.5% vol. 75cl (dry, Austria)

100% Muscat Ottonel The wine was fermented chilled in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was stopped after 12 days and the wine was filtered immediately. After the rest period, Muskat Ottonel was made into sparkling wine and bottled. A summer drink for every occasion. Recommended serving temperature: 6° – 8°C

Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP Amabile 8% 75cl (sweet, Italy)

Garnet red colour and lively fragrance. Scent of violets and raspberries. This sweet wine pairs both with savory dishes and desserts.

De Bernard Cuvée Prestige Glera Extra Dry Millesimato 11% 200ml

Light straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights. The texture is fine, compact and persistent. It has a well-typed and delicate fruity bouquet, with hints of apple and banana. Pleasantly lively at the palate with the right balance between sweetness and acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, with fruit and throughout meals with light foods.

Quinta da Devesa Porto 10 years White 20% vol. 50 cl

Clear golden colour. Intense aroma of honeysuckle, orange blossom and caramelised pineapple. In the mouth it is intense, with poached pears and tropical notes. Very good and long finish with honey, caramel and citrus fruit.Robert Parker notes from Mark Squires: “The style here is acidity and complexity. The tawnies eschew fruitiness in favour of complexity, making even the 10 seem older than it is. Not everyone will prefer that style, but I loved it. It gave these some distinction. Often, they exceeded their categories.”

Based on a white beer and a fruit purée, Bourricot Cerise is a real treat. With its fine aroma, appetising colour and refreshing bubbles, it wins the gourmet award hands down. If you had to find a pretext for tasting it, open it with cheese, with a Chaource or Charolais to stay in Burgundy, or with an Ossau-Iraty from the Basque country, and invite it for dessert with a cherry ice cream, a red fruit charlotte or a golden sugar cake.

Ostras Pedrin Vermut Artesanal 15% 0,75l (Spain)

It stands out for its intense mahogany color with ruby red reflections. It has an explosion of citrus aromas on the nose (orange peel, lime and grapefruit) and the vegetable notes of local botanicals such as Pebrella and Savory, common to the pre-coastal hills of the Valencian Community. Its 37 herbal ingredients give this hand-crafted vermouth a broad and powerful taste, a nimble step and a long finish, and a very elegant bitter aftertaste.

Valverán Sidra de Hielo 20 Manzanas Apple Ice Cider 2021 10% vol. 375ml

Gold colour with copper reflections. Clean and bright. Frank and aromatic nose, sweet sensations: honey, syrup and caramel. Aromas of citrus fruits, bitter orange jam, tangerine and passionfruit with a predominance of green apple and caramelized apple notes. There are also slight hints of stone fruit: fresh quince, apricot. A sweet and gourmand entry, reminiscent of honey. Excellent balance between acidity and sweetness. The palate is broad and persistent, elegant and refined, with an acidic finish that gives it an excellent freshness. A very fresh ice cider, with a silky touch and a long journey. Recommended serving temperature: 7°C.

Cognac VSOP Pierre De Segonzac 40% 200ml

Enjoy straight or over ice to soften its intensity; as an aperitif or after dinner. Serve with a choice of cheeses (Bleu d’Auvergne, Roquefort, Cheddar…) and delicacies such as spiced ham or Pata Negra.

Larressingle VS Armagnac 40% vol. 700ml (France)

The youthfulness of this Armagnac reveals the fresh and lively flavours of the eaux-de-vie that have just come out of the still. Pale yellow colour with golden highlights. Fresh and precise nose dominated by fruits. Soft attack with slight toasted notes and white fruits aromas. Smooth vanilla finish. Its dynamism makes it a great ingredient in cocktail recipes, like Armagnac Sour.

An aged grappa obtained by means of the distillation of selected pressed grapes of Pinot and then le to rest for more than three years in oak casks in the Beniamino Maschio cantina later to be filtered and bottled. Its colour is pale yellow and its fragrance is intense and aromatic, typical of grappa kept in wood with its strong structure and elegant persistance. Perfect for tasting at room temperature.

Typically Mediterranean liqueur, obtained from the infusion of lemon peel in ethyl alcohol, with the addition of precious juice of lemon and pure sugar. Deep yellow in color, with a perfume intense and characteristic of the fruit of origin, Limoncello is a product appreciated for its freshness combined with a full taste and round. It should preferably be served cold with a few cubes of ice, excellent after a meal.

For over 70 years and three generations the Maschio family has been producing Prosecco from their estate vineyards in the hills surrounding the commune of Conegliano in the Veneto region of Italy. Building upon a love for time spent at the seaside with friends and family and their love of the Italian Spritz tradition, the family created Almare Spritz in 2020. An authentic interpretation of the classic Spritz in a ready-to-drink format, Almare is made using naturally fermented wine and flavors and botanicals sourced only from Italy. “Rosa” features notes of grapefruit, bitter herbs, and flowers.
